The Auxiliary was chartered on Jan 31st, 1981. Auxiliary members have the same rights and privileges of membership in the Fraternal Order as do Aerie members. All nationalities and religious beliefs are accepted into the order.
We believe in home, country, God and loyalty and unite in carrying out charitable, humanitarian, patriotic and other efforts to which the Order is dedicated. The Auxiliary has donated over $70,000 to various organizations since its inception.
Documented evidence shows that the Eagles were the true founders. The FOE promoted it for 10 years and it was designated by President Wilson on May 10, 1914. A Mother’s Day potluck dinner is held every May.
A joint memorial service is held on the 3rd Sunday in March to remember departed sisters and brothers and is open to family and friends. Funeral luncheons can also be arranged. A fall supper is held annually in October, as well as a ladies only night out and a community children’s Christmas shopping spree in December.
